Service was good and on time. Driver was friendly and cooperative. One was trips are preety cheap as to other travels.

I was satisfied with the company prompt service.but I am very much disappointed with the driver. He was sleepy and on Yamuna expressway he was drousy which made me stay awake all the way and then he slept for almost 2hours which wasted my time.

IT was a nice experience with the booking , even cab was also good. It was on time. Only thing it lacked wasprofessionalism on the part of driver. They were not loyal to gozocab. It was just like ordinary travel agency type. But over all good experience looking forward to book again with improved services. You people are doing good but need to work on the tie ups and the branding of Gozocab on the cabs.

Trip was good...cab was neat & clean..driver was friendly but pick was 1 hours late..cab came late from scheduled time..rest is ok..i feel price was 1500 to 2000 high..if it cost less 1500 then it was a economical drive..overall it was good
