Rendered excellent service. The cab was on time and the driver Mr Sonu was good. The response of customer service is very good and prompt. The vehicle is in good condition. Mainly Gozocabs is changing one way charge for dropping. This is a very good facility they are rendering to the travellers. They are also very considerative. I wish them all success.

I used this website first time and am very satisfied. The only issue occurred was with the driver as he misleaded in jaipur saying that the temples are closed and we cant go to fort as its too late.i did informed him that we have paid extra to visit jaipur. When i called customer service regarding the disconnect in the communication after that he agreed to move on . So this was not what was expected, although driver was polite and good.

Though i was a little sceptical while booking a cab from Delhi to Dehradun, my overall experience was very pleasant. The booking was smooth, Gozocabs provided timely updates along with driver information a day earlier. The vehicle (Toyota Innova) was exactly as per our need( we had lot of luugage). Best of the journey was the driver (Karan) who made sure that the ride was smooth and safe. Importantly, he obeyed the traffic rules in Delhi when everyone around us were zipping past red light at the intersections. One area of improvement though is their support during the ride. The people at the call centre were clueless when we and driver wanted some clarification and did not bother to call us back inspite of promising to do so.
