very professional ,Good customer service .will Definitely recommend GOZO to others .My only disappointment was just 1 hour before the journey, the cab driver and gozo calls me to say that the cab cannot travel from Kasol as there is a taxi union which would not allow outside taxi s .I had to take a local bus for a 1 hour journey which was crowded and caused me a bit of inconvenience .My feed back is in future please check all these details in advance before fixing the cab from a destination. otherwise overall experience was good. Good vehicle and a pleasant driver . Thankyou

Excellent service. The CHAT option on your web page is very good. Very prompt. The car was in very good condition. The driver was very himble and polite. His driving was a bit rash though. At some point in the hilly regions we got scared. Neverthless it was a great experience riding with you. I am a avid traveller and look forward to more trips with Gozocabs

The cab was not swift desire, it was hyundai xcent, but the number plate is same, to which i have no problem or issue at all, but kindly update the details of the driver that he has hyundai xcent and not swift desire so that there should not be any issue by any customer in future. My experience was good, driver is good, cab is fine, face no problem in whole journey. But the head of the driver is calling him again and again which disturbs him, so tell them that they should not discuss anything else with driver when they are hired by someone before completing the ride. Thankyou so much, hope my feedback will bring some changes in your work, else it will be a waste.
