The ride was good and the car well maintained and clean, no problems. However the driver was bit fidgety and kept on playing loud music of his choice. Kept on changing songs which is irritating. Kept opening & eating gutka. His driving was good however.

The car assigned did not turn up. The designated driver Mr. Paramjeet Singh did not know anything about the transaction. However I received a call from another number who informed me that some other vehicle with a different registration number and driver was assigned to pick me up. The driver was very nice, the innova car was old and a bit uncomfortable, the water was dripping from its air-conditioning vents. The ride quality was good.

The over all journey was good. A time saver and good deal at the last moment. Well we needed a cab from Chandigarh to Delhi.. It was a hard time finding a cab in the night.. Overall a good experience with GOZO...

I booked this cab for a friend. He said that the driver didn't seem like friendly. But when they transferred to another cab, the driver was kinder. All in all, their experience was good. They enjoyed their travel to Shimla. The people I talked to in the chat were all accommodating and kind as well. So I will definitely book a cab here when I need it again.

The vehicle was in good, clean condition, driver was professional, driving with full control, well aware of route, could understand English and bit of Hindi. Overall experience was very good. However, if the vehicle would have packaged water bottler with 1-2 magazines and English newspaper, that would have been better.
