Driver though good took toll which was minor amount but was against what I was told. I would have given him much more but he was adamant and insisted that it was on us. Secondly the car was actually 5 seater and not six seater which caused lots of hassle as we were six people. Else the experience with the company wasn't bad.

Good service. Just a suggestion - If its a round trip and specially in the rainy season, its the driver's job to keep the vehicle clean from inside and outside every time.

It was another happy experience but one point was NOT informed earlier by Gozo was Rs.500 extra for Taxi union fr my ride from Manali to Delhi. Thankfully Fateh Singh informed and saved us but still he wanted a share of the saved Rs.500. Gozo says all included so this should have been included or informed earlier.

The drivers name was Harvinder Pal. He was extremely co-operative and well mannered. I was traveling with my wife and we felt safe throughout the journey even though we reached our destination late at midnight. He helped us out even when we were having road sickness. The booking process was also smooth and the on call reps were well spoken too. Pricing wise also it seemed fair compared to other market rates. Will definitely avail your services in the future as well.

Overall a good experience. Car arrived on time and driver was very safe. However, driver didn't know where to find the pick-up point, so called at 6am on the day of the job. He was using a mobile phone number with a country code from Turkey (090), which was confusing. I would use GozoCabs again and the same driver. Thanks.
