Cab was very nice, neat and clean. Driver was good..... but travelling time increased from 3.5 to 5.5 hours which seemed a little bit too much.... there was not much traffic but the time taken was too much... Overall car, driver and ride was good...

The car and driver were both good and we are very happy with GOZO services. However, the drivers of both cars had arrived Manali after 18 hours of drive. They had no rest and by the time we reached Chandigarh, they completed 30 hours of non stop drive. This is inhuman. Also there is a risk of accident. The drivers must get enough rest in the interest of passangers

I was EXTREMELY pleased with Gozocabs. They picked me up at my hotel on time, a good clean car, English speaking driver (one way at least) were courteous and polite. Considerately stopped for drinks and toilet. Were aware of security in the car and had good local knowledge of roads and routes. I would not hesitate to recommend Gozo to friends and business acquaintances. Reasonably prices considering the distance to Taj Mahal from Jaipur. Well done Gozo and thanks.

Overall service and experience offered by gozocabs was good and hassle free. Booking was easy and confirmation was done within a few minutes. Cost estimate and total bill was explained on mail with clarity. No ambiguity or hidden costs in name of toll taxes etc. The executive had mailed me the total invoice explaining that the cost was inclusive of all taxes. Driver was good and professional , but either he was not aware of total bill , or he wanted to pull a smart one on me at the end of the journey by asking a hundred bucks in the name of toll tax, however he did not argue even once , when I told him that the whole bill summary was already explained in email, and it was clearly mentioned that no extra cost to be paid for toll tax. So overall I rate my journey good.
