Please note that the name Sandeep given as the driver of the cab is the Owner of the travel agency and Driver came was different. Please look into this, how it can be taken cared in your system. I really appreciate the speed by which you have arranged my trip (When especially your competitor AHA Taxis failed to give me vehicle after after 24 Hrs advance booking and continuous follow up. Now onward GOZOCABS will be my first choice for outstation trips. Kepp up the good work.

providing good services. best knowledege driver and also say driver with guide.. I am asking everything about haridawar he answer me and tell about famous places in haridawar... I find it in google but i am not able to under stand this company bcz of i listen this company name for first time. that after i closed website and leave my half form than after few minutes companu excutive calling me and given knowledge about that company background and convince me carefully. i also agree with him and i booked my taxi... driver pick up time perfect . he is arrived before time and drope me before my mitting.... it's owesome experiance with gozocabs .... thank you so much to provide me this service.... i realy satisfied with your service.

Overall experience was good except few things I would like to mention and could have been made better: 1. I specifically requested a cab for Innova but I got a cab confirmation of Ertiga. It should have been advised to me while making a booking that the cab would be assigned based on availability. 2. Cab Booking confirmation is received only 2-3 hrs before and not instantly. This keeps the person in confusion as whether the booking has been confirmed or not. And as stated in pt 1, cab details are provided just 2-3 hrs before - it gives no room to customer make arrangement for the required cab/car but to go with whatever car assigned with unpleasant mindset. I am thankful to the customer support team that they addressed my request making the last minute arrangement for the requested Cab (Innova only)
