I was disappointed with the service from Gozo. There was no communication from the office about the cab till I called at 6am, the departure time. No effort had been made to inform or follow up on the order. A new taxi was arranged for after my call. The new taxi driver Ravi was however excellent and deserves all the bonus points admissable.

Your company was very efficient updating me by e-mail, text and even a phone conversation. The night before the pick you sent a text message with the drivers information. The driver was courteous and professional. Gozo cabs provided a professional and reliable service. I defiantely recommend them.

Driver needs to act more professionally. Without informing ,he stopped the car at a dhaba, switched off the engine and made us sit in the heat for 20 mins while he took a tea break.
