Overall service and experience offered by gozocabs was good and hassle free. Booking was easy and confirmation was done within a few minutes. Cost estimate and total bill was explained on mail with clarity. No ambiguity or hidden costs in name of toll taxes etc. The executive had mailed me the total invoice explaining that the cost was inclusive of all taxes. Driver was good and professional , but either he was not aware of total bill , or he wanted to pull a smart one on me at the end of the journey by asking a hundred bucks in the name of toll tax, however he did not argue even once , when I told him that the whole bill summary was already explained in email, and it was clearly mentioned that no extra cost to be paid for toll tax. So overall I rate my journey good.

Overall good experience however cabdriver refused for a half hour brake which i had mentioned during booking since he was late for the next pickup. So sort of disappointed otherwise no issues. Good vehicle. Decent driving

This tour of mine was very good and memorable one. actually I wanted to give it a 5 up only less i have given because gozo sent me one vehicle number and driver's number... but in reality different vehicle and driver came. but the driver was very nice.

Vehicle picked me up was not assigned to me because unavailability of assigned vehicle and was personal vehicle. I was charged rs900 more for the trip and shifted to another vehicle after Ambala. As the travel time describes, you should understand the pain caused to me.
