1. Overall experience was very good. Driver was on time. 2. Behaviour of the driver was not that good though. He was sick so he did not let me switch on the A/C. 2. Music system was not there in the car. However, I was told that all the cars are equipped with music system.

I did two trips from Delhi to Agra and Agra to Delhi. Overall the experience was good. Both the Drivers drove at a good speed of 90 Km/Hr. Since I had a baby with me that was important. From Delhi to Agra the Driver was asking me for Toll. I told him that I am not supposed to pay toll. Then later on after few calls he agreed. This should not happen. Also there is a huge problem of Drives talking on Phone while driving. The Driver Spoke on phone at least for an Hour. No Matter how good the road is but the passengers don't feel comfortable. If these problems are removed, the passenger will feel comfortable and not hesitate to book Gozo Cabs again and again. You can charge 200 Rupees more but improve the service by improving these things.
