Right from the first telephonic communication with the representative from Gozocab, Mr. Sourabh, it was absolutely smooth sailing. They have great customer focus...detailed information was shared on the phone....it could be clearly seen that this was not a mechanism to fleece people rather customer convenience was the key...all promises made on the phone were kept...the driver was very well informed and courteous and picked us up at the right time at the Delhi station...the car was clean and well maintained...the breaks in between were at the appropriate places and we reached Jaipur at the right time...no effort or overtones were there towards taking extra money....Highly recommended

Exceeded all my expectations. There was some confusion in the beginning as to who will be picking us up.But was sorted later, and the car was there on time.Driver Vikram was good and professional.Too good at the given rates. Would travel again :)
