It was a great experience to travel with Gozo, communication should be better and faster after booking. There was Lil gap in communication but that was manageable.

My experience was good as the driver was on time. But another unfortunate incident had happened , I went to domestic airport but security mentioned Jet Airways is in International airport which is in another terminal. The driver had left so had to take a dab to move. It only took me three hours this time. Thanks

On 17th March I booked a taxi from New Delhi Airport to Nahan Himachal Pradesh.Since the Air India flight kept postponing and finally cancelled I had to keep requesting Gozo cabs for rescheduling.I took a different flight and arrived 11 hrs from my original booking.I was travelling with 3 ladies and arrived at my destination at 4AM. Not once did the GOZO cabs complained about the frequent changes.Nor did they alter the original charges.Their Driver Paramjeet was polite,courteous,stopped for dinner on our request (but declined our offer for food)More than any thing I felt very safe in his hands.He never once grumbled about the delay.You guys have given us a wonderful service.Thank you
