Rinku is the best driver I have ever seen. He is very punctual, sincere, dedicated, friendly, experienced and cares for the customers safety and their money too. We had a wonderful trip with him. In our 11-12 days of our journey, we never had any issues with him.

twice I faced the same problem on my trip between mumbai and nasik. It was not the same driver whose contact I received in notification. and when I called them they gave me few other contacts. Though atlast I got a driver but I feel it is cumbersome and risky as the driver might not turn up. In one of the case even though I had done the online payment, driver was expecting me to pay him directly. please sort out this asap.

Every thing is nice but the required model of the car is not sent. I am very specific for SUV not older than 2016 model. But they sent a car of 2014 or older. But the condition is good and cleanly maintained. Very special thing about my experience with GOZO is about the driver, Mr. Ankit Bharadwaj. He is very helpful for us in all aspects. Very good at safe driving. He is not just a driver but guide, information provider and made us happy to enjoy all the places peacefully.

Trip was good though I think gozo service needs improvement in Guwahati region. Drivers were good but trip cost changed a bit.

A nice and memorable tour of Manali just happened by the Gozo. Specially for our driver Mr. Pradeep. He was very helpful and well behaving driver. He took care of us. We ware from Bangladesh that's why we have no idea about india as well as manali, but Mr. Pradeep guided us for fooding, wash room and what we need. I was so much confused before booking about the car. But it was new and clean. We enjoyed our favourite song via usb drive. The driving was safely by seeing speed limits. Overall the journey was fantastic. Mr. Pradeep guided us to see all famous places and all shooting spot where many famous movies shooted. Thanks to Mr. Pradeep and Gozo Cabs....
