Everything was good except the provided Innova had some oil leakage problem which caused waste of our half day plans. Suggestion : provided cars must be in pre checked to avoid problems on the journey. Thanks

I requested for innova but was provided ertiga by call centre so there was horrible and tiring experience with this car as we were 7persons.You should have sent innova only and not other as I have already book quite ahead in advance so very bad service

Only comment, the driver was overworked, he was not given time from his last duty to ours, he was not given enough time to rest, that could be dangerous for a next long journey. rest everything is fine.

The Driver and the car got changed at the last minute but the replacement car and driver were related to the previous one and it was very good. He drove ok and also very prompt. Overall I was happy with the service.
