Im rating it good only because of the driver Mr. Mukesh Kumar (R/o Shahpur Jat, Innova Car) . The driver details gozo cab had provided me were not correct as the driver was not even aware of the duty. Mr. Mukesh was assigned our booking at 5.00 A.M and we had to leave at 6.00 AM. This is unethical on part of the company to inform driver at such short notice and not inform the customer at all. However Mr. Mukesh did pick us as early as he could and did a great job. Thanks Mukesh Ji.

Great experience, my first trip with GoZo and I would love to use it again. The car was clean and good. The driver was very professional and he drove very safely too. Plus he gave the space of not being over friendly or personal. The booking experience is simple and effective
