Booking process is very good but only bad thing is that driver was not aware of the booking process and the charges and also the commitments were done at the time of booking through the gozocabs.

the overall trip was good. the can was on time and the driver was helpful. the only drawback was the driver did not know the route and had to rely on GPS to navigate which costed more km to pay for. but the experience was good.
