Good service overall - but the driver demanded almost 400 rupees extra in tolls for the journey - I understood these were prepaid but he said we had to pay them, so we had no choice. Either your reservation confirmation was wrong (stating "tolls included") or the driver was dishonest. I have reciepts.

Our trip from Shimla to Delhi was superb - something we have come to expect of Gozo now! Our Innova was in immaculate condition - clean and new. Our driver, Mr. Paras Ram Sharma was extremely polite, and helpful; the journey was safe and timely. We were a senior citizen traveling with a 7 month pregnant woman and every care was taken to ensure our safety and a smooth ride. Further, the customer service is attentive and prompt. We continue to be impressed and will strongly recommend Gozo in the future!
