Initially I was not very sure about the service though the communication was good. Finally I got a good car, on time with good driver and arrived airport on time. Now I am convinced that this is a very good and professional service. I will definitely go with GOZO in future again.

My experience was good. I expect GOZO to call customer after receipt of booking. In my case it was all the time to call up for every information. GOZO need to reach out to costomer. Except for telephone confirmation, GOZO didn't contact to pass any journey detail. Cabs were good. Drivers good. Thanks.

Loved my ride. The driver was very nice, he called us 1hr prior to pickup time and reached 15 minutes before pickup time. this saved time for loading luggage. He was driving safely and had knowledge about the route yo follow.

Liked the service. They are doing great thing. We were stuck in Lavasa as there are not too many cab options there. Gozocabs came to the rescue, the only thing is that the driver wasn't reachable and hence we were a little panicked. They should provide alternate numbers to drivers so that the customers can contact them no matter what
