In general I have good experience. In term of the cost - it is reasonable though it will be better if the driver (or Gozo team) can explain about all the taxes prior to the journey.

It was such a lovely trip and this was only because of Driver cum Friend Mr. Shihab Hasan. He is a very good person. He has full knowledge of places to visit in Kerala. He is such a lovely person. I didn't even open my internet to check the places to visit in Munnar and Alleppey because he know every best places. I booked compact car and I got sedan. For 4 days the car and Mr Shihab was only with me. He didn't even asked for money in 4 days to pay advance or something, when he drop me on airport then I paid him the money. I will always recommend my friends and family to go with Mr. Shihab to visit Kerala. Also thanks to Gozo cabs to provide me this person.

Very impressed from my first booking enquiry to when I was dropped at my hotel by my driver. Everything was clear, I was informed as I was promised when I was promised. The driver was waiting for me on arrival. At no time did I feel unsafe with Raja, my driver, and he was informative and helpful though he did not have a huge amount of English. He looked after us! An excellent company who I shall use again without doubt and have already recommended to my friends. I am a UK based tour operator.
