The driver should take a better way to reach the destination, it took me 6 hrs to reach home

I am extremely happy with Gozocabs customer service to very courteous and amiable Car owner "Roadies 7" and th heir very professional drivers Om Prakash and Rajesh. It was my first experience in India to rent a Car with driver for one week. I was bit nervous about it until I talked to Farouk owner of Innova and later his drivers made our journey very comfortable. Their family friendly and respectful behavior won my heart. I did treat them like family and they reciprocated. I am certainly looking forward to explore other parts of India using Gozocabs's service.

This time around, the cleanliness of the car was not very good. Further the driver did not know his way around New Delhi and hence it took us a lot of time from exiting Delhi to go to NH9 highway Bhatinda. Secondly he did not know the route to Bhatinda and had to constantly check with people on the road. Very luckily, we met up with some relatives on NH9 who were also travelling to attend the function to which I was going and he followed them. Not a great experience like last time.
