Quality and condition of the Innova was below expectation. However the driver Bagwan was punctual and excellent with his professional and safe driving.

It was a nice experience but I didn't understand why the state tax of Rs.600 has been collected by the cab driver extra if all the payment was done online & toll charges has been paid by me. I don't have any receipt of the same. I had asked the driver for same but he said that it will reflect in the invoice. Do let me know if it was rightly collected? If not, what needs to be done here?
