Very efficient service. Driver was terrific. Nothing was a problem for him. He was a superb driver. We always felt safe with him. He organised tour guides for every city. The car was always spotless and so was Santosh. Gozo always responded positively and quickly. We couldn't ask for more.

Thank you Gozo for the nice ride. However the driver needs to use seat belts even on the highways. He was using the belt only in the city area. I had forgotten some minor items in the car and the driver contacted me the next day regarding the left items. That was very nice and full marks to him. In future will definitely use Gozo.

Had a great driver - at one point he encountered an accident, and we stepped in to help, taking one of the victims to the hospital in the car. The driver was a hero who literally saved someones life with his exemplary driving and concern for someone. My highest praise to Punith and my recommendation that he also receives some sort of commendation from Gozo for his selflessness.

Driver was very good and very good driving. But only issue is he didnt understand english or hindi, so not able to communicate properly. Please also take language preferencr next time. It help you to improve
