Trip was awesome. Thanks to Gozo for making sure that driver reaches on time by calling him before pick up time. Once driver's number was unavailable during tour as we were in hotel and he had parked car somewhere. But gozo staff called him on some alternate number and the driver immediately responded. Thats well coordinated by gozo staff. Talking about Driver, I was little worried as he was quite young (around 25 years). I thought he will drive rash, but to my surprise he was so careful and smooth driver. He was even so nice to keep on changing songs for my child's choice. 6 star to him. We did not felt a single jerk during the entire to and fro journey. The driver Mr. Salman was superb person with lots of patience. He is the best driver with excellent decency and suoerb skill with lots of patience.

we thought we will get driver,but we got a well known guide who runs the car safe,his name is ramkumar,we call him Ramkumar ji as he looked after us like his own family members,he analysed our whole tour plan and executed by his own way which is far better than I planned my tour,he bargained for us,he doesn't depend on us.his presence in our tour felt safe and very happy

First journey with Gozo and my wife was traveling alone so requested to take extra precaution and provide top rated driver. Call center team noted my requested & done the needful. One area of improvement will creat more faith on your system. Kms. rate your system showing while booking is 142 Kms. & taken booking accordingly. But actual Kms. was 220 Kms. (As per google map). For 78 Kms. Paid extra Rs. 9.50 per Kms. which over and above basic fair paid while booking the cab. On this team should seriously work out bring more tranperancy to win confidence of your online customers. All the Best Team Gozo. Special appreciation for Driver Mujhayid Rana, nice human being and very helpful.
