As a customer I will say best experience with driver name Ramji he is honest person but as pick days are going on he is busy and all day stuck in traffic so if anyone want to book a cab just take allowance of 2hrs after booking time so that if your cab stuck in traffic driver can adjust also customer care number take long time 30 minutes min to reply but they are answering all doubts so most probably its a safe and superb journey. No negative sign throughout journey as mentioned by other reviewer.
