To start with we received a new car hardly 3 months old that exceeded our expectation. The car was clean and very comfortable. On top of it, the driver, Mr Palaram Meena was punctual, professional and very cordial. He was very helpful throughout the journey. Please mention our special thanks to the driver. Mr Palaram was always just a call away during the entire journey and very accomodative. Please ensure he receives due bonus directly in his hand as his owner does not pay him any bonus received. He is paid only petty fixed salary. The poor guy deserves better pay and credits for the hospitality and the warm environment during the entire trip. Best wishes to him!

It was my first time that I had booked a Cab through GOZOCABS .But It didn’t disappoint me.Infact, I felt very lucky to have booked cab through GOZOCABS.The Dream very MUNNA KHAN was already at Airport parking,when we landed at Airport.He was a very experienceddriver in hilly terrain as he dropped us in hotel at Gantok very comfortably and telling us about different places enroute our trip from Bagdogra to Gantok.He was very polite and courteous.Great experience.
