It was good in terms of cab quality and driver's behavior. but the luggage space was quite low because of CNG cylinder. I have asked fr more luggage space while booking though got a cab with cylinder in the boot. and yes I m unable to use cash back on my next booking.

driver diverted because of bad road as told by him resulting extra 10 kms.. i understand it happens.. we were following google map for booking and it would be better if the driver or you tell us in advance about the diversion and final net price.. i had to pay 250/- extra for no fault of mine.
