The customer care executives response was very good . The call centre replied very quickly to my queries n adjusted according to changed destination n time of the pick up . I was quite apprehensive after reading adverse remarks n reviews but on the contrary I found the travel experience very comfortable, economical n FABULOUS . Mr Santosh Maurya , the driver of car is a gentle person with safe n nice driving . It didn't look like that we are travelling with him for the first time . It seemed that Mr Santosh Maurya is our personal driver of our own car . We would like to travel with Gozo Cab in future n also with Mr Santosh Maurya as driver . Nice working team of Gozo Cabs .
